Delivery and Return Policy

Dispatch Timeline

Our staff at Colombo Processing Center is working hard to dispatch your goods within 24 hours (during the next working day), but it could take a bit longer during promotions as well as during lockdowns, travel restrictions etc. Standard delivery timelines apply and there can be certain limitations may apply due to travel limitations given the situation in the country. For any clarifications, please call  +94114700390 or  +94718390390

Pickup in Store

After the purchase has been made, you either have the option of picking up your order or get it delivered. Pick ups can only be done from our Canon Image Square Store located in Colombo 02. Pick up will be available on the next working day as follows;

  • Monday - Friday (11.00 am - 5.30 pm)
  • Saturday (11.00 am - 3.00 pm)
  • Please note that our store will not be open on Sundays and Mercantile Holidays.

Please produce the Order number/ delivery confirmation e-mail in order to receive your package when accepting/ collecting your order.

A customer service agent will get in touch with you within 24 hours of receiving the order to confirm your order.

Returns

Returns are only accepted within 1 week of receiving your order. Please note that you cannot return the product if the package has been opened. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. No cash refunds will be given upon returning a product. The customer is given the option of either getting the same product or purchase products for the same value.

Order Cancellations

If for any reason we are unable to process your payment, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

The Canon Online Store reserves the right to decline or cancel orders at any time. Order Receipt, Backorder Notification and Delivery Confirmation e-mails are sent to the e-mail address you used to create an account or to place your order. We assume no responsibility for issues resulting from such declines, cancellations, or e-mail notification failure.

All orders are electronically transferred to our warehouse at the time they are placed, and they cannot be cancelled by you (except backordered items that have not yet arrived in our warehouse. If you decide you do not want the order after it is delivered, please contact our Customer Support team at 0114700390. If an order is processed in error, contact our Customer Support team immediately for instructions.

Limitations due to Lockdowns
